JAMES DONAGHE FOUNDER - CEO
Jame Donaghe focuses his advocacy at Cc Everyone, Inc., on with sixth sense empowerment of communities, and to detect and document document systemic failures in historically broken systems, protest pandemic suppression of protected reporting, and pursue lawful remedies adverse to powerful monetized institutions that use tax dollars to weaponize the legal system against victims. Drawing from his own human trafficking survivorship, overcoming significant adversity in childhood—including family tragedy and abuse within institutional systems at the hands of powerful elected official—James has dedicated his work to supporting survivors and advocating for transparency, accountability, and equal protection under the law.
James holds a Bachelor of Science through a collaborative program with King’s College London, an M.C.–CMR, and a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego in collaboration with Complutense University of Madrid, Spain. He leadsCc Everyone, Inc., initiatives aimed at funding community oversight, confronting systemic inequities, and ensuring that public institutions serve communities with fairness, transparency, and integrity.
ALVARO ORTIZ FOUNDER -TREASURER
Alvaro Ortiz is a Mexican-American, proud immigrant and bioscience- architectural professional focused on advancing scientific understanding of cancer research, metabolic research, medical advocacy of our veterans and in APPLICATON sustainable design, innovative AND equitable housing solutions. Raised by resourceful working-class immigrant family, he developed an early understanding of the structural barriers many communities face in accessing safe and equitable housing—an experience that continues to shape his work through AO+Dsgn.
Alvaro develops up-cycled housing models, aimed at addressing housing discrimination and the impacts of the historical municipal business practices, that conform to HOLC/FHA redline maps. These county wide business practices, promote, sustain and exacerbate the federally referenced segregation, still substantively present in City of San Diego Planning and SDUSD public schooling enactments.
Through the revisioning of existing infrastructure, Alvaro's acute awareness of the importance of equity, guides his leadership and project based Cc Everyone, Inc. collaborative housing initiatives. Alvaro holds a B.S. from the University of California, Irvine, and an M.Arch from the New School of Architecture through a consortium with the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, and the Sapienza University of Rome, Italy; highlighted by 14-peer reviewed publications
